Het Wakker Liggen van Wanda

2026
Costume Design
What remains of you when the outside world decides you no longer matter? An absurdist play that makes the woman who is becoming invisible visible.

One day, Wanda discovers she has become invisible. When she tentatively visits her GP and explains that she feels no one notices her anymore, she is dryly informed that, given her age, this is quite plausible - and that she really shouldn't fight it too much. But Wanda does fight back.

The costumes reflect the bond between the two characters: they’re the same yet different. Like impressions, shadows or puzzle pieces.

★★★★☆ ‘a delightful blend of humor and poignancy’
